Return and Refund Policy

The following terms outline the return and refund policy of Yanaworldwide.

General Policy

  • No Returns During Sale Period: Returns are not accepted for items purchased during promotional sales or discount periods.

  • By using www.Yanaworldwide.com, you acknowledge and agree to this return and refund policy.

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage (other than delivery damage) cannot be returned.

  • Damaged or defective products must be returned with all original accessories in their delivered condition.

  • All products are quality-checked before dispatch to ensure they are in working condition.

Returns and Replacements

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged goods upon delivery.

  • No cancellations are allowed once an order has been processed.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer care at +91 9571494111 within 12 hours of delivery.

  • We only offer replacements for damaged goods, incorrect sizes, or incorrect specifications. Refunds are not available except in specific cases mentioned below.

  • Replacement requests made beyond 12 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • The shipping cost for returning the product will be refunded up to the original shipping cost incurred.

Refund Policy

  • If a product is faulty, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it as soon as possible.

  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed within 7 days.

  • Refunds for approved return requests will be processed within 2 days, and the amount will be reflected in the customer’s bank account within 4-5 days.

  • Refund of shipping charges will be limited to the lower amount between our original shipping cost and your return shipping cost.

  • Products bought during any sale or discount period are not eligible for refunds or replacements unless they are damaged or defective.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an order, do so immediately after placing it.

  • Once an order is processed by our warehouse, cancellations are not possible.

  • Orders can be processed within as little as 30 minutes, so act quickly.

  • No cancellations are allowed for items purchased during a sale or promotional event.

  • If you receive a faulty/damaged product, contact customer service immediately for assistance with returns and replacements.

  • Yanaworldwide reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or reject orders without prior notice due to various reasons, including but not limited to:

    • Stock limitations

    • Pricing or product description errors

    • Payment issues

  • If your order is canceled by Yanaworldwide and a charge has been made to your account, the amount will be refunded.

  • If standard refund processing is not possible, our team will contact you for bank details to process the payment manually.
